The website renewal process begins with a technical and visual assessment of the existing site. Shortcomings in performance, design, and SEO infrastructure are identified, followed by a review of other websites in the industry to determine how the new site will be positioned.
Based on this assessment, the site's information architecture is rebuilt and the site is redeveloped from scratch with Next.js. Content management is migrated to Sanity CMS; existing content is carried over to the new structure with attention to SEO-relevant data.
SEO and performance are central to the renewal process. Technical issues that were reducing the old site's performance or search visibility are addressed at this stage.
